It's about time... They finally gave Neil Patrick Harris a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Sure... I tweeted out a photo of the blank star in that spot and said it should be Neil's when we went to LA a couple of years ago, but once again, it's that damn David Burtka that gets invited to pose next to my Hollywood husband.

(Photo courtesy of Neil's publicity firm who've apparently noticed my ardour, but neglected to bring it to his attention. They'd like me to remind you that HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER Season 6: The New Is Always Better Edition hits DVD on September 27. It comes with all 24 episodes and is filled with hilarious never-before-seen footage including deleted scenes, featurettes, a gag reel, commentaries, an extended performance of "Stand By Me" and much more. I'd like them to remind Neil I'm still waiting for him to send me flowers.)

Who'da thunk Neil Patrick Harris would ever be as classy and cool as he grew up to be? Remember when he was that incredibly geeky doctor kid, Dougie Howser? He had LIFETIME NERD written all over him; his career shouldn't have lasted past the age when he could vote. Watching him now amazes me. He's smooth, funny, handsome, and talented. He's one of those guys straight women moon over and say, "OMG, what a waste!"

Cool he's got his Star now--and I'm impressed he posed with his fiance'. Gutsy.

Does Jerame have anything to say when you post remarks like this?

I shouldn't have asked ... it's really none of my business.

For some reason he never seems concerned that I'm going to run off with Neil Patrick Harris. Not in the least...
