Thursday marked the 20th day of the grassroots Occupy Wall Street movement, which seems to be spreading to cities nationwide. But while 28 people were arrested in a scuffle with police in New York City on Wednesday, there was no visible police presence at the encampment on the grounds of LA City Hall where protested endured a chilly downpour. Additionally, smaller, independent groups have started marching on the homes of bankers and agents perceived to be involved in the real estate mortgage crisis.
