It's not me, it's you. That's the unfortunate reality LGBT citizens of almost 80 countries worldwide labor under trying to find fairness from a society that criminalizes their homosexuality. Five of these countries still treat it as a capital offense. Out British actor John Barrowman of the sci-fi TV sagas Dr. Who and Torchwood believes it's about time, as the timelessly bisexual Capt.
