America's Best Christian writes, "As we come to the end of the year, it's time to tally the conservative vs. progressive victories on gay rights. Goodness me, it's 1-10! As a conservative, I'm going to have to call this year a draw!"

Bowers said on Facebook that she decided to commission this graphic after she posted comments critical of Duck Dynasty and received a flurry of hate mail from trolls the show's supporters in response.

When a commenter pointed out that the homeschoolers in Mrs. Bowers's design department mistakenly included an outline of Wisconsin, a non-marriage equality state, instead of its equality-loving neighbor Minnesota, the satirist laughed it off: "It cheers me that there are people who think there's a difference."
