Watch: LA Earthquake Hits During TV Morning Shows

This morning, at approximately 6:25 a.m. local time, a shallow 4.4-magnitude earthquake centered underneath Westwood, California struck the Los Angeles area.

Local TV morning shows captured the quake live, on-air. San Diego reporter Rich DeMuro was reporting from Fox 5's LA studio when the quake hit:

Over at KTLA, as the studio's heavy equipment began swinging and plaster dust fell from the ceiling, the startled anchors ducked under the news desk to take shelter. Watch, after the jump.
