Several new ads prominently feature same-sex couples. Here are three of the highlights:

1.) Tiffany & Co.

Legendary luxury jewelry retailer Tiffany is featuring a same-sex couple in an advertisement for the first time in its 178-year history. The company chose to run the ad -- which features a real-life gay couple from New York City -- to acknowledge love stories come "in a variety of forms."

The ad copy reads:

"Will you promise to never stop completing my sentences or singing off-key, which I'm afraid you do often? And will you let today be the first sentence of one long story that never, ever ends? Will you?"

If you'd like to thank Tiffany for their LGBT-inclusive advertisement, you may do so on Facebook and Twitter.

The other two ads are after the break.

2.) Honey Maid

Last year, Honey Maid graham crackers launched a heartwarming ad campaign called "This Is Wholesome" that highlighted several different kinds of families, including a gay couple. Right-wingers flipped out, but the company stood by their inclusive values, and even hit back at their homophobic critics with a beautiful ad where two artists turned the anti-gay messages the company received into a message of love.

Well, the campaign continues in 2015, and its latest ad spot -- released yesterday -- also includes a same-sex couple. Watch:

Now that's a commitment to positive LGBT media representation.

Visit Honey Maid on Facebook and Twitter, and send them some love under the hashtag #thisiswholesome.

3.) Get Covered Illinois

The Illinois health insurance marketplace released an ad over the weekend that targets married same-sex couples and encourages them to sign up for healthcare, the Washington Post reports:

This weekend Get Covered Illinois is launching an ad specifically aimed at letting same-sex, married couples know they can enroll in health plans in the same way a heterosexual couple could.

In the ad, Illinois residents Jake and Allen -- a real couple who are friend's with the commercial's director, Quriosity Productions' David Gil -- recount how their relationship developed.

"We leveled up: stranger to boyfriend to civil union to a marriage," Jake recalls. "In Illinois we can enroll in affordable care together. The sign-up process took minutes, and after being uninsured for years, I had appendicitis."

"Having affordable care was sincerely a life-saving moment,"Jake adds.

The ad spot is part of Out2Enroll, a national campaign to inform and engage the LGBT community about healthcare coverage options under the Affordable Care Act.

Thank Get Covered Illinois for seeing same-sex families on Facebook and Twitter.
