We have been talking a lot about Bruce Jenner's upcoming television show about his transition in the public eye. It seems people are already attempting to make a quick buck off of Bruce.

A man by the name of Phillip Maltin has filed to trademark "TransJenner" in order to create a new clothing line. The line would include: Athletic shirts, belts, socks, skirts, ties and much more.

We've reached out to Phillip for comment and he said, "This is all new. I got the idea and applied for the trade mark just a few days before we spoke. It's just happening now, and we still have to work out the details. The good news about this publicity is that it distinguishes us from the ugliness that we oppose."

Something just doesn't quite add up with his responses.

Check out the screenshots of some of the application after the jump.
